     John has over thirteen years of consulting experience provided throughout the United States and with a broad range of industries.

 

     For the past thirteen years, John has taught small business owners how to plan and profitably run their businesses by implementing tailored business solutions and systems including strategic business plans, goals and objectives, profit plans, organizational development, employee accountability systems, supervisory and managerial training, incentives, sales and marketing plans, sales management systems, succession plans, and bank presentations. 

 

    Prior to consulting, John spent over twenty-four years in healthcare and group practice administration.  In these positions he developed and refined his use of business concepts and skills as an executive, supervisor, and developer of managerial talent. He has an extensive experience in profit and loss responsibilities for group practices, hospital-based ambulatory care programs, hospital departments, and academic medical departments.  He has also had direct responsibility for construction and facilities management, safety programs, communications, marketing, project management, grant writing and administration, strategic planning, fund raising, business writing, employee development, office systems, staff recruitment, and human resources administration. 

 

    John has special skill for developing and implementing sales management and sales training programs, especially for business to business, technical sales.  He also has experience in developing multi-media marketing programs for small businesses.

     Business Mentors LLC will use its resources and skills to teach business owners what they need to know to run their businesses more effectively and for a planned profit.  We care about each client's business as if it were our own. "Teaching the ABCs" of business means that Business Mentors LLC takes complex business processes and concepts, breaks them down into understandable systems, and installs them tailored to each unique business environment.  We then teach owners and employees how to use these systems to improve the success and profitability of the business.  We eliminate guesswork.  As part of this transition, Business Mentors LLC will work with clients to craft incentive programs to share this success with their employees.
